Hi Mooo, Sorry I did not get back to you sooner as it has been a mad weekend, please find below my recipe for the sun-dried tom and onion bread Please note I use the Hairy Bikers Bread Maker Ingredients 190 ml Water 1 1/2 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Suger 1 tbsp Milk powder 2- 21/4 cup Flour 1 tsp Yeast 5/6 pieces of sun-dried toms from a jar Chope 1/2 an Onion I put all ingredients in the bread maker and set on small loaf 450g/ Medium colour/time 3:13 We find this bread keeps fresh for 3 to 4 days and hope you enjoy my recipe.
