Hello there, I've only been smoking for a few years but I've been burning things, AKA grilling, for nearer 35!
I live in Hampshire between Southampton and Portsmouth and apart from a jungle, my garden is home to a variety of outdoor cooking appliances including several kettles from Weber and Dancook, a Jumbuck rotisserie, a ProQ bullet smoker, a UDS, a Uuni 2S and of course, my Oklahoma Joe's Highland. In fact I loved the Highland so much I started a small Facebook group last year, called Oklahoma Joe's Owners Club, to help me learn more about how to use it, and it kinda took off, it's currently nearly 15,000 members!
