Thanks The rice i threw together, its onion, pepper and chorizo (all fried) then add the cooked rice and seasoned with a couple of teaspoons of cajun seasoning. It was pretty tasty .

Finally took the plunge and got an AK, did my first cook tonight and was blown away by the results
