Hi there. Great to join the forum. I run Hot Smoked which covers anything to do with hot and cold smoking. We love exploring the topic, sharing our experiences and hearing about yours. For us, the wood smoke flavour is key, but a good bit of kit whether off the shelf or home-made is just as important. We've built up lots of knowledge over the past few years which we're happy to share but the discoveries keep on coming!
