Please remind me where 'we' got our chilly seeds from this/last year, i bought a variety of seeds but only some have produced fruit, I need to get some more seeds for next year.
Can anyone recommend a chilly for stuffing and smoking at all ??
And is it right that a plant bears more fruit the following year, as I have some in a poly tunnel that I'm thinking of keeping through winter for next year

I have a 22.5" WSM and have been using it for nearly a year now, I clean and scrub the grills bit what about the rest of the unit, should I jet wash and clean it or leave the smoke residue and let it build up on the insides of the smoker, if i do so does it do anything positive to the smoking ?

Grendon Lakes look very pleasant but the glamping/pod options are quite limited and expensive. They seem to be really designed for large parties rather than for weekend couples.
Grendon lakes do have 'feilds' and caravan and tent pitches they have a bar as well and the village pub, if you needed to visit is excellent

Grendon lakes have tipis, what about Santa Pod ..... although I dont know their set up but we could smoke at 100 mph as we go down the strip, only trying to help

Billing Aerodrome in Northampton hosts lots of events , is a nice location, might be worth looking at as it's not far off the M1, it has camping and motor home facilities , has a small 'fair ground' for kids, a pub, lakes to boat in and is close to the main shops as well , here's a link
that should be Billing Aquadrome

Well someone has just given me half of a solid wood kitchen work top that weighs a ton so I'm going to cut that to size and have bought 4 wheels and some bolts to fix my WSM to the board, pics to follow

I've a 22.5 ", which I too got in January (birthday), I love it, there are WSM groups on Facebook if you're interested but it's mainly in the USA. I want to put casters on the feet of mine so I can wheel it around the garden from the patio to the man cave

I found on my last couple of smokes that both the sun and the rain effected the temp of the smoker so I was wondering if I had a century type of small shed to sit my WSM would this make any difference and protect the smoker from the elements and would I benifit from doing this ?
