Hi I'm lucky enough to live near the New Forest. It has lots of great butchers. I have a Pro Q bullet smoker (10 years) a Webber Kettle (9 years) and Frank who is a freecycle Gaser that's be rebirthed like a spluttering rusting phonix.
I am doing an Asado Cross course for my birthday which I'm really excited about and certainly is where my interests lie in future fire cooking exploits.
