Woodchurch Smokery - Intermediate Level BBQ Cookery Course with an introduction to Cold Smoking

If you enjoy cooking BBQ and want to take your skills to the next level then this is the course for you.
During the day we will prepare and cook a full three course meal including: one starter, two main courses, one dessert and one bread. In addition there will be an introduction to producing home made bacon and smoked salmon fillets.
The courses are held in Woodchurch and cost £55 per person. Everything you need for the course will be provided. As this is a hands-on course places are limited. We will either eat what we cook if time permits, or you will be able to take samples home.
