Hi all

New member here. Have dabbled in BBQing on and off over the years, but really keen to get into a bit more detail of recipes, smoking techniques, etc.

I recently bought a Char Broil Big Easy SRG - probably not of any appeal to traditionalists - and I have one or two smoking questions I'll post elsewhere.
