I would look for some sort of blind that rolls up and down that Lattice Work, I have the same, and the wind and rain blows through with force, in the end I have boarded the inside for protection. Got polycarb roofing on the way (due Thursday) Ad for the trellis. We have a huge wisteria that grows along the fence. Goint to coax this into the trellis over next few months. Also change the front on the shack as I found a couple of nice bits of wood. And I've lowered it a bit.
