Signed up to this group as a family member brought me a bbq smoker for my birthday and I don’t even know where to start with it. Now be easy with me as it’s not anything special i think it’s a £50 special from eBay or something but I’m sure it will work till I know what I’m doing etc etc. Anyways can you guys please tell me what I need and do with this.
