Ted Posted April 26, 2023 Share Posted April 26, 2023 I am a new member. I live most of the year on the island of Corfu ans we have an abundance of olive wood in various stages of seasoning. I would really appreciate some help regarding the using of olive wood and its qualities (or not). Generally use a Smokal cold smoker.
