    HELP Tried my new bradley smoker at the weekend with disastrous results Tried a rack of spare ribs on the 3-2-1 method.used a dry rub left marinating all night I used apple biscuits and to cut a long story short the results went in the bin Very little smokey taste tough overdone HELP what did I do wrong
