Yeah riding a motorbike in a monsoon is up there with it 😉😂😂

Strange times people seem to be lacking the confidence to commit to anything, same thing with the bike club very slow on the uptake for fear of it being cancelled, fingers crossed it will get better

I know I can’t get to the full weekend but come on guys this event needs support for it to go ahead make a decision, it’s a simple yes I am going or no I can’t make it 

If this goes ahead I may be able to  call in on my way home to see you all  maybe camp the night but I don’t think I’ll get the Webber on the bike

Sorry I’ve only just found this topic I’ve got a bike run on the 24th so it’s a no from me, I’ve got so bloody lethargic with the lockdown I’ve not been checking the forums. I promise I’ll buck up

i got one of the whole salmon deals from morrisons @ £5.00 per kilo, it comes filleted wth all the trimmings, great deal i did a   50/50 for 18 hrs & then smoked with hickory and oak for24 hrs. I wasnt happy with the weight loss so gave it another 12 hrs and this seemed to do the trick. I just need to crack my slicing technique now. Taste is spot on, over 1/2 0f the 1st fillet gone 2nd one is going in the freezer for christmas. happy days

cheer justin it was for smoking salmon in my uds, i ended up using a 40 watt tube heater which kept it at about 18c so not ideal but it did the trick so all is good

What wattage bulb heater do you use Justin?
