  1. Cooked some Venison last night. I would urge anyone who has not tried to do so. Lovely flavour meat. Made all the better with Jess Pryles BlackBerry sauce. You can find the recipe on her website. I had some BlackBerry brandy in the cupboard which I added. Seared and cooked to 55c IT.
