    I'm thinking about making a basic sandwich bread recipe into hamburger buns instead of a loaf. The loaf bakes at 350 degrees, so what should I bake burger buns at? I was thinking either 350, 375, or 400, but I'm leaning towards 400 degrees. What do you think?
