I've only ever used chipped wood whilst smoking so far but have ventured out and have brought some lumps, I'm going to smoke 3 3lb bits of pork, how many lumps do I need to put on the charcoals?
I was forced into joining, I know nothing or little about smoking and curing, I do know though NEVER ask Wade or Smokin Monkey anything about it all as their knowledge isn't really that great .... NOT

Oki doki, I'm making some pulled pork for me work mates, the day I'm taking it in some of them( work mates) aren't in work, can I freeze it so they can enjoy it another day, I am smothering it in BBQ sauce, does that make a difference??
