Done more bbqs last year than I’ve done in my lifetime. Bought a cheap bbq and been using big K Resteraunt grade lump wood. Looking now for a more professional bbq.
I done some slow cooked pork ribs in summer. Took me about 5hrs using the above mentioned charcoal. Would you use that charcoal for slow cooking or use some other. Cheers
