Afternoon, I'm using the Blue Restaurant grade charcoal in my ProQ Frontier and was wondering if people break up the larger pieces or keep them as they are ? Just wondering if it effects smoking times and temps ? Many thanks

Morning all, so I am going to have a go at a Kellybab this weekend on my ProQ Frontier with the rotisserie attachment.
My questions are, do I just use 2 smoker sections, the bottom charcoal section and another to attach the rotisserie too ? Also, do I need to divide the charcoal so that fats etc from the meat do not drop onto the coals ?
