Hi, I am new on the forum. Name is Tony, in Roll Call Posted May 4, 2020 Based in the Western Cape in South Africa. I have done a certain amount of curing both of bacon as well as Hams. Not very successful and would appreciate any advice and assistance. Intend to build a smoker, and am still looking for the right plans.
