Ebay is a good option for oak and other hardwoods, some will deliver but requires minimum order.

I use either Turner and George, a bit expensive but worth it or John Davidson butchers in Scotland, they have a dedicated brisket section on there from all over the world

Hi all,
Only just stumbled across this forum. After going to America a few times now decided to get into smoking and bbq. Always been a massively into food.
Currently own a kamado chargriller, traeger pellet grill and a offset smoker.
Favorite cook so far has to be the brisket its my go to. Mainly order my cuts online, my local butchers doesn't quiet understand what I wanted on a few occasions.
What I struggle with the most is picking up either good lumpwood or logs seems way to expensive compare to that of our neighbours.
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi 👋

B&Q's home brand lumpwood charcoal is good, decent size and all don't know if they still do it. Currently using the restaurant grade charcoal sparks and spits abit but good sized pieces and lasts a decent amount of time as i was cooking a 6kg pork butt for 18 hours yesterday
