  2. Hi Everyone,

    I've been lurking for a while now however decided to join so I can take part and contribute where possible!

    I currently have a Weber Kettle (57cm) and planning to really get into slow cooks and trying out new recipes. Plan to begin with a pork shoulder (pulled pork) I want to do for a party next weekend and then after that get into trying chicken, ribs and then brisket when I have some more experience.

    Also if things go well this year I might start looking into picking up a dedicated smoker to go alongside the Weber but will have to see how I get on.

    Looking forward to getting involved where I can, chatting with everyone and hopefully contributing to this great community.
