I'm looking at getting an 18kg bottle next time my current one runs out.
However the hose will be to short to reach the bottle. I purchased a hose off amazon but the thread is the wrong size. Does anyone have a link to the correct size hose? Needs to be 3m long

That's the one where the threads are to big

I still have not got round to getting one of these yet.
At first glance the weber looks like a solid choice. It clamps shut at both ends rather than just the middle. It looks like it has a stronger frame and it comes with the divider. My only concern would be the mesh breaking away from the frame....but that is based on previous items I have had (and not all of those broke)
Yeah good point with the mesh. One of the situations where if they were both £30/£40 I'd get both but not @ £70ish each

I bought the Weber one back in June, only used it once so far for Wings (smoked on the Smokefire first and crisped up on the Genesis 335s) paid £39.94 at WOWBBQ at the time for the basket, gone back up now.
Pleased with it and cleans up well enough in the dishwasher and is quite big in capacity. need to look at get more use out of it though in the long term
Couple of pictures of it on the Genesis with the rotisserie, if it helps
That's perfect appreciate the pics. I have got a Napoleon BBQ so is it sacrilege to put a Weber branded product on it? 😉

What's people opinions on the best basket a couple of years down the line?
I've narrowed it down to either the Napoleon or Weber or is there a better option out there?

He the Napoleon Lex for about a month now and I'm loving it so far.
Want a rotisserie kit but begrudge paying the £150 for the 69213 kit from Napoleon themselves.
Any other brands worth having a look at or have I just got to bite the bullet and spend that much on one?

Looks good, Did you get a cover with it? A good way to spend a couple of hours
Yeah it came with a cover.
Night and day compared to my cheap homebase 6 burner it's replaced
Just need to research wether to use a smoker tube or box with it.

Hi and welcome,
Is it also known as the lex 485? If so there's a rotisserie kit available for it. Though might be cheaper elsewhere.
That's brilliant. Thanks for the reply. I wasn't 100% sure of the model so I was going to check once it arrived

Just purchased a Napoleon lex
It doesn't come with the rotisserie kit. With it being an older model does anyone know which Napoleon kit will fit it or any aftermarket one people recommend?
Also anything else people recommend purchasing to add onto this grill? Thank you

I got given a full 18kg FLT bottle.
Does anyone know what adaptor I need to be able to use it on my BBQ as the fitting is different?
