Got these today from Waitrose and thought I’d give them a go but their burn time and heat output seem rubbish ! What do you guys use please? 
 

Just seeing anybody has one of these smokers and if so any tips on using it please? I know it’s only a cheap one but I’m just starting out so go easy on me lol, I’ve only just got it today and plan on doing my first smoke later on 😁
