  2. Evening folks. I'm a Gamekeeper in the North of Scotland so have access to most types of game, particularly venison. Took the plunge and got myself a Masterbuilt recently but am completely new to smoking (apart from eating copious amounts of smoked everything!) so am looking to learn! Particularly re salting, brining, etc. Cheers.
