Yeah I had a probe, I just don't think I kept the smoker up to temp really, need to practice with something less stressful!

Hi everyone, I've had my smoker for a few months but nearly ruined the Christmas meat and so decided I need to do much more reading!!

I have a Razzo Bullet and have used it a few times, chicken has been successful... Think I'm going to go back to basics and try a pulled pork next
