Reesyd Posted December 13, 2022 Share Posted December 13, 2022 Evening all Not been here for a while due to personal circumstances even before covid so looking for a bit of advice. stuck my neck out and doing two rolled netted turkey breasts on the kettle for a festive roll at work, for 20. question is, I believe the Weber rotisserie on a kettle will take the weight of two at 2.3gs each, but has anyone done this before and done a large amount of stuffing in the kettle especially Paxo? Seen an oven recipe for 2lb loaf stuffing using pork meat and Paxo but want to get the charcoal flavour in there. Any ideas? TIA Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
