Can anyone tell me where it is possible to get hold of the “metalised” cardboard that food is on and then vacuum packed or wrapped. I have googled, have even phoned catering suppliers...no luck. The last ones I bought were from Lava Lava-vacuum-packing.com Butchers-Sundries.com Smoke-Dust Don't bother with the card and clingfilm as it is very fiddly and will give you very disappointing results.
