Caramelised Onion with Balsamic Vinegar. Bratwurst Cooked. First Bratwurst topped with Cheese. Melting the Cheese with a very hot grilling rack. One topped with the Onions and one with Sauerkraut. Topping the Sauerkraut Bratwurst with German Mustard. Plain Bratwurst with Curry Mayo! Sprinkle of Smoked Paprika on the melted Cheese. Ready to EAT! Soft pretzels, recipe from here: https://tasty.co/recipe/homemade-soft-pretzels Cooked on the kamado at 250⁰C at the dome thermometer. I think they could have been cooked for a bit longer but was already past 15 minutes so thought I'd take them out. Overall quite pleased with how the came out.
