Matt here - here to exploit the knowledge base to make better brisket, better ribs and be just better. Am Hampshire based - current equipment is:

Grillstream Classic 6 Burner and

Oklahoma Joe Highland Offset Smoker

Love them both, but do use them as freestanding. As we look to move house shortly, we want to build a exquisite outdoor kitchen and incorporate the grill, and maybe a new smoker. And maybe a Pizza Oven. And a bar. And heating.... - oh and a hot tub!! you know the score!! 

I am rather taken with a video I watched recently of Sam the Cooking Guy showing off the Traeger XL - I know its expensive but it looked cool as - and he was raving about it. Pretty sure he said he was not paid by Traeger to promote it - but I might be wrong.

Anyway - stupid questions will be coming, so please go easy!!
