Hmm that two recipes in one loaf !  I do sun dried and oregano - and also Onion and bay.   Does Mrs Ice use the onion for the lift it gives?

That sounds great. We usually end up buying in bread rolls - it would be great to have some home made bread too :thumb1:

Hi Wade,

I hope to bring 3 loaves  on the day and a large bread pudding, hope this will be OK ?

Excellent you bring the eggs; that will be great, thank you. I am thinking sour bread slices toasted. Not sure what sort of goats cheese to use. We can cook it together Love having like minded people around, thank you.

No happy to bake gluten/wheat free  to be honest in the tin I use for straight forward bread. I think you need a very clean mixer bowl/tin and in fact dedicated gluten free  and or wheat free to avoid cross contamination.

Can we do a quick bread checklist, who is baking what, how much do we need?

Mrs Ice is doing 3 loaves and a a bread and butter pudding (yum yum)

Mooo is doing  onion and bay leaf loaf, with lard.

I believe I can do white rolls and 50 50 white wholemeal roles, if you want. If I bake Friday morning they should be ok for Saturday of course.  How many? or no rolls?
