Wade
Not so much as spot the Weber but more try to find a team that was NOT using a Weber. Weber and ProQ bullets and kettles were the prime smokers in use at Grillstock both last year (2016) and this year too.

Genevieve
What's the little one that looks like a mini WSM? Just a smaller sized one?
Wade
They are the ProQ bullet smokers. They are very similar to the WSM but the main body splits in half to give easier access to the lower cooking grate.
Genevieve
Aha, I was wondering about that. I'm considering getting a Weber grate with the center hole for my WSM so I can have access to the lower grate while smoking. Right now I usually load a pan with veg and potatoes and put it under the meat. Although the longer cooking times make the potatoes almost too smoky!
