I've been BBQ smoking now for about 4 years, mainly a few 10+ people cooks per year but I'm a huge fan of BBQing and especially smoking. Currently running with an Oklahoma Joe Highlander offset with custom mods for baffle plates and some custom probe grommets. Also using the old trusty Weber Bar-B Kettle for grilling.
