FunkMaster Posted June 13, 2021 Share Posted June 13, 2021 Hi All; I’m Rob from Surrey, originally from South Africa so have grown up cooking meat on the BBQ (Braai in my native lingo). Been a avid user of the Weber BBQ’s but finally made the shift to smoking when I got myself the Traeger Timerline D2 850 this weekend. I actually wanted the Broil King Regal 500 but am sending that back due to the whole thing being damaged during shipping after waiting 2 months for it - long story. Anyways, did my first brisket yesterday, good smoke ring but could have been more barked … practice makes perfect I suppose.
