Everyone is very cautious at the moment, even if you are allowed to go to the Sun Spots in Europe, I don't think there will be may takers. Only the stupid, thick or pig ignorant. Look if 19th July is what it is and it is and we are outside then that is still cautious, it looks to me that it is fine to do this end of July if we can still get the space.
