Still very much an amateur though and figured one of the ways to improve is join in here rather than just googling and winging it. Currently working with a Weber GBS and WSM 47cm. Just picked up the Cook4All because, erm, well....because I couldn’t resist the price and fancied adding to the collection. My partner just rolled her eyes and laughed when it arrived.
