Hey guys. I opened a smokehouse many years ago. Realy enjoyed what I was doing, as I am a chef and have been for a long time, now own my own little place. And considering buying a smoker, to offer something different in the area I'm situated in. Who what when where are the best used, and places to find them please. Thanks guys.

That sounds great. There are several pubs/restaurants near us that (used to) smoke some of their own food. 

What kind of things are you looking to smoke: Also will you hot smoke, cold smoke or both?

A guess you will be looking for one that needs the least amount of tending.
