Realy enjoyed what I was doing, as I am a chef and have been for a long time, now own my own little place. And considering buying a smoker, to offer something different in the area I'm situated in. What kind of things are you looking to smoke: Also will you hot smoke, cold smoke or both? A guess you will be looking for one that needs the least amount of tending.
