Crispy Skin On Wedges (No Frying) On The Grill

Done these on the grill a couple of times (Rooster + Maris Pipers) they turn out really well crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle and the paprika adds tons of flavour to them. A nice little side to go with steaks, chops or fish. Recipe here
