Justin Posted August 8, 2020 Share Posted August 8, 2020 I marinaded legs in dry white wine with some white wine vinegar, wholgrain mustard, salt, herbs, garlic and chilli flakes for 8 hours them hickory pellet foil parcel smoked them on kettle medium heat for about anout 50 mins. Weber recipe tweaked Tomorrow another dog walkers tailgate.
