Italian smoked chicken legs

I marinaded legs in dry white wine with some white wine vinegar, wholgrain mustard, salt, herbs, garlic and chilli flakes for 8 hours them smoked them on kettle medium heat for about anout 50 mins. Weber recipe tweaked



Tomorrow another dog walkers tailgate. Thai sate sticks street food with spicey thai peanut sauce served in lettuce leaves.
