tedmus
Pig of a day yesterday but managed to knock up a za'atar roast chicken with honey glaze (annoyingly split the skin though). This was had with cumin and mint potato wedges. Thai ribs and a noodle salad planned for later. 6

Now wrapped in foil and resting over some sweet potatoes. Bit later than planned but it was a good race!! I’ll prolly give them an hour and a half and another half unwrapped.
