Knowing my luck, you would get caught as well then loads of top quality content and a YouTube channel would be paused but thanks for the offer, also not sure a Citroen is the best explosive choice😎

I've been away from home for the last week with my boy and my parents, been doing some bbqing and stuff during the week. This evening it's a quick dinner at my parents house on their cadak thingy. 

 

Tomorrow I'm hoping to be home and doing something with one of the smokers. 🤞

I think there has been something wrong with my recipe as it ask for thls of peppercorns in spice mix i fialled that back to 1 tsp and still i think itcwas too peppery. Otherwise aromatic spicey prawns.  I think next time i will miss out the peppercorns and the chilli powder. Nothing left on the plate anyway.

Massaman Beef Curry cooked on site at what would of been the National BBQ Weekend.
 

My little Charcoal Stove similar to a Lotus Grill

Beef sealed in a Cast Iron Skillet

Onions in and browned.

Now for the Massaman Paste (made at home)

Paste cooked through, time for a tin of chopped tomatoes.

Then some Beef Stock.

Bring to a simmer,

Then lid on at simmer for as long as you want, minimum of 1 1/2 hours.

Chuck in some Potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes

Five minutes later, serve with Rice and Flat Bread!

And for those that have been to one of our Events before, yes right on meal time it Thundered and Lightening, and through it down with Rain!
