Smokin Monkey
Smokey Gin & Tonic. Cut two Lemons and two limes in half long ways. The halved Citrus Fruits went into the Cold Smoker with a CSG loaded with Oak dust that had been microwaved for 1 minute. The fruits were smoked for two hours. Then removed and wrapped in Cling Film, to allow the Flavours to establish. Served in a Gin & Tonic, You can really taste the smoke, and two hours smoke is just enough, any more and I think the taste would be too overwhelming.

Smokin Monkey
I am glad you liked it . It's easy to overpower the G&T. So only two hours and one slice is the right balance. I have some Ice in the freezer that I am thinking of Cold Smoking.
valve90210
This sounds very intriguing! How long do you need to leave the fruit in the cling film for the flavour to develop?
