My incinerator bin is halfway up the garden on its side (can't see the lid anywhere) the heavy rocker 3 seater has blown over and the bend on our willow tree is more than I have ever seen before in this wind. Definitely a staying in day today.

Yep. Instant Pot curried cauflower day. Happily I cleaned up the weber kettle and ordered a new ash catcher system to repair it. Give it a new lease of life. Put in the rotisserie with Napoleon kebab system for tandoori chicken thighs too. Some left over for lunch today.

It smells great the next day. Tastes better.

Ooh, got a link to the recipe?

Curried cauliflower or cabbage here is using up leftovers. Microwave to get it hot, then add to oil/turmeric/curry powder/seeds (cumin-kalonji-mustard-whatever). Maybe garam masala.

Chuck chopped veg in instant pot. 500g Cauliflower (big florets) 2 chopped carrot. 1 Chopped onion. 2 chopped up tomatoes. 100g Green beans. Mix 150ml coconut milk with tsp medium curry powder and tsp grated ginger and a small bit of vegetable stock cube. Mix and put in instant pot. Set thigh pressure 1 min. 0 min for bit more crunchy. Quick pressure release and then serve.
