Justin Posted December 21, 2019 Share Posted December 21, 2019 Looks and smells great. Just rinsed. Not too much under running water. Pastted dry as best I can but lots of creases etc hard to dry. Back in fridge to dry further. Will put on smoker this afternoon and 0vernight. Does it matter what temp. I am putting it on tonight so can easily put it with bulb and dial in 11c or does it matter if it is colder ie single figures c and I do not bother with bulb set up. Justin Posted December 21, 2019 Share Posted December 21, 2019 7C tonight and it is in the WSM with the pro q cold smoke maze. Smoking away lovely. Too easy. Set and forget. Will see how it is tomorrow. Then it will have 3.5 days to diffuse the smoke. Accelerated but it will have a cherry glaze with cloves.
