Wade
You will be able to get a good one for far less than your £100 budget. I have one I have been using for several years and it works well but unfortunately it does not seem to still be available to buy. This one is very similar thoughhttps://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/edfd06/electriq-edfd06 - £37 This one is slightly bigger and uses mesh shelves instead of stackable trays. Some people prefer the shelves when it comes to cleaning https://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/edfd08/electriq-edfd08-dehydrator - £

Wade
For a professional dehydrator it is a good price. You would certainly be able to dry a lot of produce with this one.
