Hickory Smoked Chicken Drumsticks

Paprika and garlic granules rub. Tomato sauce chilli and cider vinegar sauce. Its on and cooking with a pint of my hombrew ipa to wet the whistle. Browned firect and then smoked indirect

Made the sauce earlier and left it for the cider vinegar taste to melliw out for a few hours or so

74 76 degs c on probe.. perfect juicy chicken with light hickory smoky taste and tingling spicet sauce. 

Defintely a winner.

Done some tandoori and ras al hanout ones same techique. Midweek bbq and beer.
