Smokers are in great condition and was only used for 6 months before Covid struck and the restaurant was subsequently shut down. All other kitchen equipment was sold off but we held onto these beauties in case they again came in handy. Both smokers are manufactured in 2021. (see manufacturer's label) Units are of the similar specification. However 1 units has a dual fan and the other a single fan. Definitely worth the investment! Can taste those smoked rib now!
