    Hi guys, I'm new to the smoking scene, had a wee bar b quick bullet smoker which was a bit hopeless at getting to any kind of temp so I have upgraded to a Weber smokey mountain 47 cm, see how it fairs in the great Scottish weather. looking forward to some tips and advice from you seasoned people, cheers.
