Thanks Justin. I intend to start slowly and build up. I have some ribs in the fridge marinating in a home made rub and some wings in a homemade marinade too. Tomorrow will see how they taste. Thanks for the welcome and advice
That's great. See every day is learning day. I have read up on different smoking tecniques and I did think with the lower vents it would be possible. But probably struggle to maintain a temp for any length of time.
