    Hey guys, new member here. Been smoking for the last couple of years since I got a Weber kettle and steadily got more obsessed with cooking over fire. In the last year I've built myself a UDS with a PID controlled fan intake, which was very satisfying and also means I can sleep overnight when I've got a long cook on! The fan and controller run off a 9800Mah rechargeable which held +/- 1.5 degrees (measured independently on the Inkbird) for 20hrs before the battery gave up.
